Can I order without visiting a collection hub?

DippyHopper does not currently offer home delivery or courier delivery. All DippyHopper orders must be collected from one of our designated community Pickup Points. This pickup model helps DippyHopper keep logistics simple and costs low while allowing customers to benefit from community buying and bulk purchasing. Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. You may nominate another person to collect your order, provided they have the required order information.

How will I know when my order is ready?

We’ll notify you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your preferred communication method when your order is ready for collection.
